How to Submit an
Online Application
Complete all questions listed to the right. Be sure to scroll all the way to the bottom of the application (inside the browser window) and click "submit" for your application to be processed. The festival will be notified automatically of your application.

Submit Your Payment

Credit Card Payments
If you choose to pay by credit card, click here after registering.

Credit card payments will be processed immediately, to secure a slot, however, if you are not accepted to the festival, your payment will be refunded in full.

Check or Money Order
If you want to submit a check, make it payable to the Forsythia Festival and write Arts and Crafts vendor in the memo line. Checks will not be processed until you are accepted. Those vendors who are decline will have their checks returned.

Submit Your Photos
Along with your payment, include photos of your product and your booth setup. You may mail or e-mail your photos. To e-mail, click here.

Online applications will not be complete until payment and photos are received.
