All applications must be received by March 2 at 5 PM (this includes any applications sent through the US Postal Service).

Hotel Accommodations
If you would like to book a hotel room for your stay during the festival, Monroe County has a wide variety to offer. Click here for a full listing of all Monroe County's hotel/motel and campground accommodations.

Health Permit
A temporary food service permit is required for all food vendors. Obtaining a Forsyth/Monroe County Health permit is the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY of each food vendor.

Food vendors must complete the forms and submit payment at least one week prior to the event. No permits will be issued after the deadline and no payments are accepted on the day of the inspection. The health department will examine booths Saturday morning. If you have not applied for a permit, you will not be allowed to set up at the festival.

For questions about required licenses, permits, etc., please contact the Monroe County Health Department directly (478) 993-3081. The health department reserves the right to refuse to permit items on your menu.
