Saturday, February 16	Hello Yellow! 10 AM - 2 PM Kick-off the 2013 Forsythia Festival with the Hello Yellow celebration at Dairy Queen, 200 N. Lee Street, Forsyth. Come get you vehicles painted and gear up to paint the town yellow. Purchase a Forsythia Festival t-shirt, forsythia bows, Hello Yellow bottons, and other forsythia decorations.
Friday, March 1	"Ain-A That Good News!" Forsythia Festival Musical 7 PM Performance by the Backlot Players at First Baptist Church.
Saturday, March 2	Miss Forsythia Pageant 9 AM - 5 PM Georgia Public Safety Training Center, 1000 Indian Springs Drive, Forsyth. Ticket pricing is as follow; Adults $4, Students $2, children 5 and under free. "Ain-A That Good News!" Forsythia Festival Musical 7 PM Performance by the Backlot Players at First Baptist Church. Mother Son Date 7 - 9 PM Samuel E Hubbard Elementary School, held in cafeteria. Tickets are $10.00 per person. This is a special event for moms and sons. Enjoy appetizers and desserts followed by music, dancing, and games.

Thursday, March 7	Student Art Show 11 AM - 4 PM Monroe County Arts Alliance, 54 North Jackson Street, Forsyth. 2013 Forsythia Festival Fashion Show 6:30 PM Enjoy dinner, entertainment and the latest fashions at our Annual Forsythia Festival Fashion Show held at the Georgia Public Safety Training Center, 1000 Indian Springs Drive, Forsyth, GA 31029. This year’s show is sponsored by The Farmers Bank with clothing being provided by Belk's. To purchase tickets online click here.

Forsythia Festival Golf Tournament, By the Exchange Club 12 PM Forsyth Golf Club. All proceeds benefit Monroe County charities. Concert on the Square 6:30 PM Friday night concert on the square sponsored by Forsyth Better Hometown and the Downtown Development Authority. Featuring Mathew Hope. Winnie the Pooh Kids (School Musical) 6:30 PM This event is sponsored by Hubbard Elementary School. The cast is made up of 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students that attend Hubbard Elementary School. Tickets are $5.00 per person.

Featuring a climbing wall, obstacle courses, pony rides and other activities Entertainment 10 AM–6 PM Downtown Forsyth on North Jackson Street. A tribute to local African-American citizens who have contributed to the community.
