Saturday, February 18 Hello, Yellow Kickoff
11 AM–2 PM.

Dairy Queen 200 North Lee Street. Kick off the festival by painting the town yellow! Come by, get your car painted, purchase festival merchandise, and get forsythia wreaths and bows to decorate your home and business.
